BEFORE you buy from a box store:

Box stores typically do not have HVAC technicians on staff or anyone else that's knowledgeable to turn to with installation questions, problems, troubleshooting, and if you need a warranty repair you will have to remove the unit and send it to a factory authorized dealer, who will not be motivated to repair it quickly. If you by from a local dealer, and we have numerous dealers world wide, you will pay a bit more but will have all the professional assistance needed for all of the above situations, and the dealer will typically be able to make warranty repairs on the vessel. The dealer will be highly motivated to keep his local customer happy - you! If there is no local dealer in your area and you buy directly from Flagship Marine, you will have knowledgeable technicians that will assist you in every regard, and typically we can diagnose warranty issues over the phone and send out warranty replacement parts saving you a LOT of time and money!!
